Rentround's agent of the year

Hybrid lettings agency Accommodation.co.uk were crowned as Letting Agent of the year after becoming the most selected agent by landlords on the comparison website.

Birthed in Lincoln just several years ago, Accommodation.co.uk has had a meteoric rise with local letting agents now located across the UK's biggest cities including Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester.

Despite the current climate, Accommodation.co.uk plans for expansion continue as they are set to launch another 10 new agents by the end of 2020.

Expansion into sales leads

Rentround currently focuses on landlord leads for letting agents. The landlord market has been fruitful, with Rentround now appearing in ~40% of Google searches for letting agents in London.

The expansion into sales leads is a natural progression into a wider and more competitive market.
