More than 400 Turn Out For Festivities

(HEATHROW / LAKE MARY, FL) - Regal | Christie's International Real Estate recently hosted a Grand Opening to showcase its new Lake Mary real estate gallery at 1117 International Parkway.

The fifth Central Florida real estate gallery that premiers the brokerage's exclusive luxury home listings, and where agents closed record-setting transactions by year-end, entertained more than 400 visitors, according to Chris Christensen, broker-owner of Regal | Christie's International Real Estate

Highlights of the Grand Opening included exhibits of cars from Ferrari, exquisite watches from Casa Leon Jewelers and home fashion by Systematic Home Staging, with support from Cipparone & Cipparone PA, who offered information and services to prospective home buyers and sellers

Christensen said the brokerage's success at its four other Central Florida property galleries " Dr. Phillips, Celebration, Clermont and Winter Park" motivated him to partner with veteran Realtor Mel Bernstein to open the new Lake Mary Gallery.

"This Lake Mary gallery offers visitors from North Orlando and throughout Seminole and Volusia counties a relaxed location to peruse our upscale properties on beautiful high-definition videos," Bernstein said
