Fläkt Bovent has leased nearly 3,290 sq.m of warehouse space and over 500 sq.m of office space in Poland's Panattoni Park Pruszków I project.
Fläkt Bovent sp. z o.o. is part of the Fläkt Woods Group, which is a leading global supplier of air-technology based solutions for public buildings, infrastructure and industry. Products of Fläkt Woods provide air ventilation in many buildings across the world, including the Channel Tunnel and the National Stadium in Warsaw.
Constructed in 2007, the warehouse and logistics park Panattoni Park Pruszków I is located around 800 metres from trunk road No. 2 (E30) linking Warsaw and PoznaŠand near the Pruszków interchange along the A2 motorway from Berlin to Moscow. It is owned by the investment fund Tetsuo Investments sp. z o.o., while Panattoni Europe is its developer and manager.
